Cook with the wine growers is an original event which is held every year during the Spring of champagnes. During this week, wine professionals come in champagne to discover wine growers, houses and mainly, cuvees.
With Cidéo Distribution, holder of the association, the wine growers join with a Chef to liven up a friendly evening which allies tasting, gastronomy and especially meetings! It is indeed the will of all the stakeholders of this event that to propose a “human” viewing angle.
The philosophy is being able to exchange, share a moment, cook together and discover champagnes.
Because a cuvee, is most of all, a personality, a winegrower. So put on an apron, and let’s be guided by the Chef of the evening to prepare our champagne-meals pairings.
